MOSCOW, Jul 16 (PRIME) -- Financial group GHP Group of Mark Garber has acquired Russian blockchain project Vostok, the blockchain firm said on Tuesday in a statement.
“Alexander Ivanov fully sold his stake in Vostok to GHP Group to focus on development of his main project, Waves Platform,” Vostok said.
Launched in April 2018, Vostok creates a large-scale blockchain platform to implement initiatives of big business and state institutions. Garber is one of early investors in Vostok.
The deal will help GHP Group integrate blockchain technologies in its mineral production, manufacturing, and logistical assets and in ideas of partners.
